Leadership is one of those concepts that seems to change meaning depending on who you ask. Personally, I like to think of leadership as a dynamic process where individuals can inspire others towards a common goal. Recently during an academic group presentation preparation process disagreements arose over differing visions/approaches causing tensions between teammates… Instead panicking I chose instead embrace vulnerability myself admitting ‘hey we all want success here let’s figure out how meet each other halfway’ This approach opened up channels productive discussion allowing us come solution together rather than breaking apart under pressure!
